Just had a brilliant 3 days in Italy visiting the RRD head quarters. They have such a nice set up, with the office, warehouse and prototype factory all in one building. With everyone working under the same roof its a really nice family atmosphere in the company, with Roberto really being part of the team. I spent most of the time with Aurelio, the shaper, helping him work on some new prototypes. He has the full on CNC machine so it was so good to see it all in action. We shaped a couple of Wave Twin prototypes whilst I was there, that will hopefully be ready in a month to try in Maui... cant wait, they look amazing!
