Erizo Point

We always seem to get a couple of really good days around this time of year. Typically conditions should be dying down as we move into August, but the last few years it has almost been the opposite. Yesterday we scored a really fun session at Erizo Point. It doesn't work very often, needing quite a bit of swell. however we had a few almost mast high sets at times and it was great to get some decent down the line conditions to break up the normal onshore sailing. As the tide pushed up we sailed Vargas for a bit too, but it was a little bit too out of control, with some pretty heavy shorebreak sections to hit. Nayra and Philip like always made it look easy and were both clearly loving having their home spot firing. Thanks to we have some great photos, so thanks Julio. More of the same forecast today as well.....
Little air off a punchy inside section.

Nayra tweaking it and showing everyone how to sail.

Philip loving life in his home spot.
