Back on the water

Not much news for the last few weeks. Most of the time has been spent "resting" the foot and getting as much Physio on it as possible. A massive thanks to Javier Iglesias and Javier Hernandez Campos in Gran Canaria for all their treatment and at the same time spanish lessons. Also in England Mark Adshead at Physio2go went out of his way to get me sorted out and checked up as quickly as possible, so thanks to him too.

The good news is that I am now back on the water. Still taking it easy, but it feels so good to be sailing again. We just got to Maui where it is howling windy. Not quite what I had in mind to ease back into things, but cant complain. Its photo shoot season again, so everyone is here and the standard is insane. Victor and Brawzinho were shooting for Fanatic yesterday and throwing doubles, airtakas and all sorts.. very impressive considering the extreme conditions. With the swell picking up all this week it looks really good... its going to be hard to take it easy!!
