Gran Canaria

With poor Nayra still unable to walk I thought I would pay her a visit and headed out to Gran Canaria for a week. Turned out to be a bit of a disaster as I accidently booked the wrong ticket. Instead of the Saturday the 22nd I ended up with Saturday 29th. It meant that my actual booked holiday was for only 1 hour! Luckily I got on a standby ticket and could enjoy a full week with Nayra.

I had planned not to sail (it would kill Nayra if she is stuck at home), but the forecast turned out too good to miss. In the end I got 2 really fun days in Pozo, which was perfect for getting on the water and also spending some time with the invalid!
